What are your candles made of?

We use 100% cotton wicks, scented fragrance oils and a high-quality coconut wax for a clean, slow burn.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days of order completion. Once it’s out of our hands it takes about 5-7 business days to reach its destination.

USPS transit times may vary according to your selected delivery address and the time of day you place your order, but typically delivery is within 5-7 business days depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

How do I remove the excess wax to repurpose my jar?

Coconut wax is simple and easy to clean. Fill your jar with hot water to rinse out any remaining wax and use a soapy sponge to give the jar a final clean. You may also place jar in the freezer for 20 minutes, this will allow the wax to pop right out.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can work toward resolving the issue. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be sent back in its original form, unused and undamaged. Please note that the Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns.

What if my product arrived damaged?

We take great pride in packing your order as safely as possible. However, please know that once the package leaves us, we have no control over how it is handled by USPS. If you receive your package damaged due to shipping, we ask that you first contact USPS and submit a claim.

Please note that Scentful Thoughts Candle Co. Is not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered due to carrier error, or incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to contact USPS and submit a claim for such matters. Once you have submitted your claim, please contact us with the claim information.
