Each order at Scentful Thoughts Candle Co. will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. Below, you will find our shipping policy.

Order Processing

Scentful Thoughts Candle Co. accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Major Holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped via USPS Mail from Lakeland, Florida. Processing times are typically between 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed.

Shipping Rates/Transit

Shipping is paid by the customer. The rates and pricing are based on your location and the weight and amount of products you’ve ordered.

USPS transit times may vary according to your selected delivery address and the time of day you place your order, but typically delivery is within 5-7 business days depending on location.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by inclement weather conditions or the fall/holiday season) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Note: If your order contains a different shipping address from the billing address it may be subject to review. In such case, the customer will be contacted. However, please be aware that this could delay shipping time.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped via USPS mail.

Summer Shipping

During the warmer months of May through September, we will only ship out orders Monday-Wednesday. This is to ensure that your package is not sitting in a warehouse or hot truck over the weekend and risk melting or damage due to the heat.

We value you as our customer, which means we intend to deliver you quality in the products you receive. Therefore, with your package, you will also find your products sealed in cool shield thermal bubble wrap during the hot months. Again, this is to help with keeping your products in good condition while in transit during the warmer months.

Damaged Package

We take great pride in packing your order as safely as possible. However, a shipping mishap may still occur. Although we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit, we do however understand the disappointment in receiving a damaged item or having a lost/stolen package. We are happy to work with you to resolve such issues. If you receive your package damaged due to shipping, we ask that you first contact USPS and submit a claim. 

For damaged products we ask that you provide photographic proof showing the extent of the damage. This will be of great help to us as we work with you to resolve the issue.  Please email proof of damage to support@scentfulthoughtscandles.com with your order number. Wrong Address

Scentful Thoughts Candle Co. Is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed delivery of packages due to address error provided by the customer. We take no responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address. However, please if you discover the wrong address has been provided, contact us immediately as we edit your shipping address before your package is ready to ship.  If you’ve provided the wrong ship to address, you can attempt to submit a request to intercept a package via USPS. Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-sending the package if it’s marked by USPS as not deliverable or return to sender.

International Shipping Policy
